Our Firm is looking for an exuberant, confident, full-time Relationship Manager to join our growing team! Within this role, you will create, cultivate and nurture professional relationships with medical providers, lien companies, law firms, and other professionals in the community. Through these integral relationships, the promotion of the Firm is vital to ensuring we can serve as many members of our community as possible who have been harmed by personal injury.

Throughout the process, you will develop long-lasting trust and rapport between our Firm, medical providers, other professionals, and, most importantly, our community.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $90,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Relationship Building and Relationship Management:


  • Work full-time establishing and maintaining relationships on behalf of the Firm with medical providers, lawyers, and other community referral sources.
  • Research local medical providers and attorneys within the community, establish new contacts and resources for Firm clients and prospects increasing the Firm referral network; deliver the highest quality service to all contacts with every interaction.
  • Suggest and implement in-person marketing opportunities/sponsorships like motorcycle rallies, festivals, etc.

Coordinating Referrals:


  • For Outbound Referrals - In partnership with Attorneys and Pre-Litigation Case Managers, accurately and timely document the status of Medical Provider referrals made by the Firm through you including case origination, referral type, status of referral, facility, and name of contact person in the Filevine database.
  • For Inbound Referrals - In the Filevine database accurately document the status of all referrals received by the Firm from your Relationship Manager contacts including case type, referral type, status of referral, facility, and contact person.
  • Work with Pre-Litigation Case Managers to satisfy 100% of all internal and external referral requests within 24 hours of request; Satisfy 100% of lien referral requests as requested by Attorneys upon conclusion of Intake appointments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Three or more years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead and work within a team
  • Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
  • Exceptional organization skills and a strong work ethic
